「ヴィラ・ポタジェ」が東京建築士会主催『住宅建築賞2019』を受賞致しました。
審査員は乾久美子さん、青木淳さん、中川エリカさん、長谷川豪さん、福島加津也さん。テーマは「住宅から見出す希望」でした。
郊外で新しい住まい方を構想する施主に共感し、一つの住宅の設計を通して、現代の郊外に生きるということの魅力を具現化したいと考えてきました。
建主様、施工者様、多くの関係者の皆さま、大変にありがとうございました。

Our recent work, Villa Potager got the “House Building Award 2019”.
The juries were Kumiko Inui, Jun Aoki, Erika Nakagawa, Go Hasegawa, and Kazuya Fukushima. The theme of the award is “hope to find out from the house”.
We sympathize with the client who envisions a new way of living in the suburbs, and I have wanted to embody the attractiveness of living in the suburbs of today through the design of one house.

ライフスタイルマガジン『LiVES』Vol.103の「2019 住みたい家コレクション」に｢猿楽十方楼｣が取り上げられ、
入居後の住宅・事務所部分の様子を撮影・掲載して頂きました。
木材業界の専門紙である『日刊木材新聞』（2019年1月8日付け）に弊所で設計・監理を行いました「猿楽十方楼」の記事が掲載されました。関東において非住宅分野での木造利用の例として取り上げられています。
『新建築住宅特集』2018年12月号に「ヴィラ・ポタジェ」が掲載されました。
ポタジェの庭から住まいを考え、農植物と家族が時間と空間を共有する住宅です。建主が住んでからは、近所の家族や子ども達と自然な繋がりが生まれ、生活と地域が融合しはじめていて、みんながそれぞれ「開いた」気持ちで使っています。そんな幸せな日常シーンを含め、半農半住の時空間を心地よく大胆に撮って頂き「屋根と窓」という特集の文脈で掲載されています。

2018年10月19日から28日まで開催の『DESIGNART TOKYO』にて会場にもなっている「猿楽十方楼」の内覧会を10月27日（土）に行います。ご都合が合う方はぜひお越し下さい。
・内覧会は設計者平井政俊による予約制ガイドツアーで行います。
・ガイドツアーは30分毎で、14:00、14:30、15:00、15:30の計４回です。
・事前に予約連絡を頂いた方を優先的にご案内致します。参加人数は定員に達し次第締め切らせて頂きますのでご了承ください。
・ガイドツアーは個人宅部分も含まれますので、十分なご配慮をお願いいたします。
・一部ご覧頂けない部屋がございますので、ガイドツアー以外での見学はご遠慮下さい。

An Open-house of ‘Sarugaku Plural Directed Tower’ which is also a venue of DESIGNART TOKYO will be held on Saturday, October 27th.
Please come and visit those who are available.
· The open-house will be guided tour by the architect Masatoshi Hirai.
· Guided tours are held every 30 minutes, 4 times in total, 14: 00, 14: 30, 15: 00, 15: 30.
· We will preferentially show the person who got the reservation in advance. Please note that the number of participants will be closed as soon as the capacity has been reached.
· Since the guided tour includes the private part, please give your consideration.
· Some rooms can not be shown, please refrain from visiting without guided.
