東京都への緊急事態宣言の発出に対する措置について

東京都への緊急事態宣言の発出に対応し、平井政俊建築設計事務所では2020年4月8日より2020年5月6日まで
下記の感染症拡大防止措置を取らせて頂くことと致します。

　全スタッフのリモートワーク化
　三密空間による会議・作業の取り止め、リモートでの実施へ移行
　出張の取り止め、リモートでの対応へ移行
　職と住の近接混在空間の研究・研鑽強化

また、事務所担当者へのご連絡はメール、SNSを中心にお願いいたします。

新規のご依頼等は変わりなく受け付けております。

打合せはZoomなどオンラインで行う環境を整えておりますので、ご遠慮なくご連絡ください。

お電話での連絡が取りづらくりますので、連絡が取れない場合は、暫く経ってからお掛け直し頂くか、

今後は、国内感染の状況や政府・東京都の要請・指示等に従って対応策を適宜見直してまいります。

未曾有の危機的状況の中ではありますが、感染拡大防止策を徹底しながら、

これを好機と捉え、未来を創造するために建築に何が出来得るのかを思考し、

積極的に空間が持つ価値を更新する姿勢で挑んでまいる所存でございます。

業務は可能な限り滞りのないように努めてまいりますが、関係者の皆様にはご不便をお掛けします。

In response to the issuance of an emergency declaration to Tokyo,
Masatoshi Hirai Architects Atelier will take the following measures to prevent the spread of infectious diseases from April 8 until 6th May, 2020.

1. All staff work remotely.
2. Cancellation of meetings or working in the three Cs(Confined, Crowded, Close) and shift to remote working style.
3. Cancellation of business trips and shift to remote working style.
4. Strengthen research and study of the mixed space of work and residence.

New requests are being accepted without any change.
We have prepared an environment for online meetings such as Zoom, so please do not hesitate to contact us.

It will be difficult to get in touch by phone, so if you can't get in touch, please call again after a while.

Going forward, we will review response measures as appropriate according to the status of domestic transmission
and the requests and instructions of the Japanese government and Tokyo Metropolitan Government.

Despite the unprecedented crisis situation, while thoroughly implementing measures to prevent the spread of infection,
taking this as an opportunity, thinking about what can be done in architecture to create the future,

I am willing to take on the challenge of actively updating the value of space.

We will do our best to keep the business as easy as possible, but we do not inconvenience the concerned parties.
